Systemic Coaching for Better Stage Performances

What happens in our organism when we experience stage fright?

What are the physiological processes when we feel anxiety, what goes on in our mind?

And how can we use this knowledge for a perfect stage performance?

This workshop is about getting to know your own anxiety reaction and discover a new attitude in order to feel well while performing on stage. You will get some basic knowledge about performance anxiety and learn different ways to overcome it. A short practical activity can help you discover your own strengths and resources for a good stage performance.

In my work as psychotherapist and systemic coach I have many years of experience in the treatment of anxiety problems and stress, especially with executives in organizations, with athletes and musicians. By adopting a brief strategic therapy approach, it is sometimes possible to replace dysfunctional patterns with successful strategies in a short time.
